Your initial consultation and design are provided at no cost. Payments begin when you choose to move forward with an agreement. Tell us about the property and the people who will use the space, and we will help turn your ideas into a useful design conversation.

The property

Include the address or general location and the city or town you believe reviews the parcel. Add the assessor parcel number if you have it. Mention available plans, existing structures, and any association documents.

Describe the area you are considering and the parts of the yard you want to keep. Photographs of the build area and the route from the street can help make the discussion more specific.

The home

Tell us who will use the ADU and how long they expect to stay. Describe the essential rooms, storage, laundry, work space, and outdoor privacy. If a catalog concept interests you, include its name and the features you like.

You can begin without a final floor-plan size or finish package. Mark the decisions you have made and the questions you want help exploring.

Planning more than an ADU? We build custom homes, ADUs and garages, along with pools and custom landscaping for our clients. Include those ideas so we can discuss the full project scope.

The next conversation

Identify your priorities, any target timing, and the information you already have. The first discussion can then focus on design direction, property questions, and the scope of the next step.

Review your brief for accuracy before using it in the consultation. The clearer the intended use and existing conditions, the more useful the conversation will be.

If you choose to move forward with an agreement, the initial deposit is 10%. You can review the project process and payment milestones before that conversation.
