The information you choose to share

The guided property planner and shorter contact form send the contact and project details you choose to provide to the website’s private project inbox. The planner includes intended use, property location and ownership, site considerations, design preferences, priorities, size, budget, timing and project notes where supplied. Your selected or saved plans and available campaign information travel with the request. Contact permission is required before sending. These forms do not send automatic text messages or create calendar bookings.

After the private inbox receives a request, the website sends a corresponding submission to the company’s Formspree form for staff notification. Formspree processes and stores that copy and handles its configured email workflow. A saved request remains available to the team if notification delivery fails. Authorized staff can review requests in Content Studio, keep private notes, record qualification status, inspect delivery status and export the records. A request reference connects the inbox record, confirmation and Formspree copy.

Share only information relevant to your project. The restored forms do not upload files; you can gather property photographs, available plans and HOA documents for the team’s follow-up conversation.

Drafts and request recovery

Your planner answers, contact-form draft and a pending request snapshot may be kept in this browser tab’s session storage so a reload or interrupted response can recover the same request. A received confirmation can also be restored in that tab. Clearing browser storage removes those local copies; it does not remove a request already received by the team.

Saved plans in your browser

Your shortlist uses local browser storage so saved plans can remain available when you return on the same device. You can clear this storage through your browser settings. Clearing the shortlist on the comparison page removes those saved plan selections.

Your contact details and project answers are sent only when you choose to submit a request. Viewing or changing a shortlist does not send a project request.

Campaign information

If you arrive through a link containing campaign parameters or advertising click identifiers, the website can keep that information in local browser storage for up to 90 days and include it with a project request you submit. This allows the same browser to retain the advertising information when you return. The record includes its capture and expiry times, the landing path and the referring website’s origin when available. Advertising attribution stored in your browser does not include the name, email address or phone number entered in the form. You can remove browser-stored records through your browser settings.

A new advertising click replaces the earlier stored click record. Ordinary navigation and later campaign-only links do not erase an existing advertising click. This helps the team keep a request connected to the advertising visit that brought it to the website. Expiry is checked when the website reads the browser record. Advertising-platform matching and conversion windows are separate from this browser-storage period.

Google Analytics 4 measures visits and interactions on public website pages, including page views, scrolling, outbound links, file downloads, phone-link clicks and successfully received project requests. Analytics can use cookies and technical device and visit information to help us understand how people find and use the website. A phone-link click measures interest in calling; it does not confirm that a call occurred. We send a completed-request event only after the private inbox accepts the request. We do not send the name, email address, phone number, property address or project answers entered in the forms to Analytics. Automatic form-interaction collection, site-search collection, Google signals and advertising personalization signals are disabled for this integration.

Google Ads conversion measurement is active on public website pages. The Google tag can use cookies and advertising click information to connect a website visit with a completed request. A form conversion is sent only after the private inbox accepts the request, with a value of 1 and a randomly generated request reference used to prevent duplicate counting. The form conversion does not include the name, email address, phone number or project answers entered in the form; enhanced conversions are not enabled by this website integration.

For eligible Google Ads visits, Google can display a forwarding phone number in place of the business number to measure calls. A call lasting more than 60 seconds qualifies as a call conversion with a value of 1. This does not measure every organic or direct call, and clicking a phone link alone does not establish a qualifying call. Browser controls or blocking tools may prevent measurement. Captured campaign details also travel with a submitted request to its inquiry service.

Hosting and access

The website and its content use hosted storage and request processing. The private Content Studio uses the site's ChatGPT sign-in to identify the authorized content owner. The public-facing site experience does not expose project requests or internal notes.

For basic spam protection, both forms use an hourly hash of a request’s network address to limit repeated submissions. The network address is not added to the stored project record. Formspree also applies its configured spam filtering to notification submissions. Hosting and form-processing providers may process technical request information as part of delivering and securing their services.

Questions or corrections

Use the contact form if you want to ask about information you submitted, correct it, or request its removal. Identify the email address used with the original request so the team can locate it. Project information is retained for reviewing and managing those conversations.
