Early planning range

6–9 months

Approximately, from planning kickoff through construction.

Phase 01 · About 30 days

A clear direction, before we build.

Your initial consultation and design are at no cost. We start with your property and the way you want to live, then develop the design direction, project scope and a more informed budget.

What you receive

A clearer picture of the design, scope, budget and property questions to resolve before moving forward.

Your next step

Share your property address, goals, preferred plan and budget. Identify the features and finishes that matter most to you.

Payments begin when you choose to move forward with an agreement, with a 10% initial deposit. The next phase begins after your agreement and scope are in place.

Phase 02 · About 60–90 days

The right preparation for your property.

With your agreement in place, we coordinate the permit package and work through the local review process. Required documents and studies depend on your property and agreed scope.

What you receive

Updates on the permit package, review progress and any decisions or additional information needed from you.

Your next step

Provide requested property records and timely approvals. Keep design changes coordinated so the permit documents stay aligned.

The reviewing authority determines approval and timing. Construction depends on required approvals and project readiness.

Watch your next chapter take shape.

Our builders and project managers coordinate the work, inspections and finish details. You receive a construction schedule and project updates through Buildertrend as the work progresses.

What you receive
